Founded by a practicing surgeon who became increasingly frustrated with how the appointment process repeatedly sent patients that didn't align with the criteria he knew were most valuable for his practice, NextDoc Solutions was created to help physicians survive and thrive in an ever changing healthcare environment.
Over time, our mission has evolved to meet the growing needs of modern practices. Most recently, we launched an AI powered solution that handles inbound phone calls, allowing practices to automate patient interactions, reduce administrative burden, and ensure that calls are triaged effectively and professionally.
